The General English plus Watersports course is designed to help you develop your overall level of English and practise a practical skill at the same time.
In the mornings you study on the core programme of the General English course in a multi-national class at your level for 20 lessons per week. For 3 afternoons per week you will learn and practise watersports with a qualified instructor.
The range of activities includes:
- sailing
- windsurfing
- paddle boarding
- body boarding
- kayaking

The watersports lessons will also help you practise your English further. Some key features of the option are:
- sessions take place at a local water sports centre in Eastbourne
- each session lasts 90 minutes
- all equipment is included
- transport to and from the watersports venue is included
- minimum stay normally 2 weeks
- watersports option guaranteed to run with minimum 1 participant
Our minimum age for individuals is 16 but we occasionally accept 15 year olds on the General English course in international classes provided they are part of a group with a group leader.
