In July, places like Brighton can see warm, pleasant days with average temperatures around 20°C (68°F) and highs reaching 23°C (73°F). In 2024, summer temperatures reached over 30°C (86°F). And yes, there might be a sprinkle here and there (about 40mm of rainfall in the month), but nothing a light raincoat can’t handle!

Let’s have a quick look at our summer competitors: Dublin, just a hop across the Irish Sea, sits at a similar 18°C (64°F) average in July, with a slightly higher chance of rain (around 50mm). Heading to sunny Valletta, Malta?
