Bringing CLIL into the classroom: practical strategies for language and subject learning
CLIL is transforming the way languages are taught by combining subject learning with meaningful communication in English. Rather than studying language in…

Eastbourne School of English would like to announce that it has set up a new scholarship as a tribute to much-loved teacher Graham Smith who sadly and unexpectedly passed away in July 2013. Graham joined ESOE in 1988 and was a passionate teacher and teacher-trainer who inspired thousands of students during his 25 year career at ESOE. As he was a strong believer in teacher development, the aim of the scholarship is to enable a teacher from a disadvantaged background who is newly starting out in his career as a teacher or teacher trainer to attend the IATEFL International Conference that is held annually in the UK. You can find out more details on the list of scholarships.
