This year the annual TEN Administration Conference was held at Eastbourne School of English. Administration staff from each of the The English Network (TEN) Schools gathered together for a weekend of information and exchanging ideas.
Friday night was a relaxed evening at a local restaurant with a meal, drinks and a magician! This was a great opportunity to catch up with everyone and meet new members of staff who were not at previous conferences. Those who tired after their journey to Eastbourne returned to the hotel, others went out and danced the night away!
The conference on the Saturday was held at ESOE. Delegates were given a chance to have a coffee and look around our school before the day began. We had two great speakers covering the importance of customer service and telephone etiquette. There was also a discussion group which gave us the opportunity to talk to others in similar roles and exchange knowledge on numerous topics.
Overall a great time was had by all and we left with new ideas and enthusiasm for the year ahead. We are looking forward to finding out which school will be hosting the TEN conference next year!
