We have a friendly and helpful administration team who are committed to making your stay in Eastbourne as easy and enjoyable as possible by providing support before, during and after your course as necessary. We have a dedicated team of staff in Eastbourne that organises everything in-house so that we can maintain the highest possible level of service we can.
Melinda Morgan Student Services Officer
Melinda provides support to the administration team by helping with bookings, welfare and accommodation. She also looks after the Fifty Plus social programme. Melinda joined ELC in February 2019 after working in administration in another English language school in London. originally from the US, Melinda has taught English in Granada, Spain for 6 years before coming to the UK.
Giuliana Bracciali Accommodation & Welfare Officer
Giuliana is responsible for the Accommodation Department and for student welfare at ELC Eastbourne, in particular under-18s. She joined ELC in June 2019, having previously worked in another not-for-profit organisation in Eastbourne. She was also a host family so understands how important a welcoming family environment is for students. Originally from Brazil, Giuliana speaks English, Portuguese and Italian. She enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures.
Radek Kwietniewski Enrolment and Groups Officer
Radek is responsible for enrolments and coordinating groups. Radek is from Poland and moved to the UK over ten years ago. He previously worked for another English Language School in Eastbourne before joining ELC in 2018. Radek enjoys travelling and music. He plays in a bluegrass band on a washboard and kazoo.
William Orr Social Activities Organiser
William is responsible for the social activities programme at ELC Eastbourne. He joined in February 2019 after working at another language school in a similar role. In his spare time he is a keen hockey player, likes to cook and enjoys walking his dog.
Tyler Smith Premises Officer
Tyler is responsible for the maintenance of ELC's buildings and gardens. He joined the school in 2012 having previously worked in construction. In his free time, Tyler is a keen motorbiker.
