Combined 1:1 + Executive English, Brighton

This course is designed for experienced business people who would like to focus specifically on their business English needs with One-to-One lessons in the mornings and more general business English in mini-groups in the afternoons. You can choose to study 30 or 40 lessons per week (22.5 or 30 hours).

In the mornings, based on a needs analysis you will have 20 lessons per week (15 hours) individually with a trainer who will focus specifically on your particular Business English goals. For a further 10 or 20 lessons (7.5 hours or 15 hours), in the afternoons you will join executive mini-groups of maximum 6 students.      

Typical business skills you may focus on:

  • conducting and contributing to meetings and interviews
  • giving presentations
  • negotiating
  • developing specialised business vocabulary
  • discussing key business concepts
  • developing cross-cultural awareness
  • communicating effectively on the telephone
  • corresponding effectively in business (emails, letters and faxes)

Note: The minimum number required for the afternoon Executive English classes is two students. In the event that we receive fewer than two students, please be assured that we will not cancel your booking. Instead, we will give you and additional 5 (OTX30) or 10 (OTX40) one-to-one lessons in the afternoons
