An Amazing Three Years at ESOE

An Amazing Three Years at ESOE

As some of you may know by now I have taken the very difficult decision to leave Eastbourne School of English and move to Australia.  It has been a dream of mine since I was very young and seeing as I’ll be thirty in a few years, it really is now or never! I can’t express how much I have loved working here. It’s been a constant pleasure to wake up every morning and look forward to coming to work. I don’t think many people are lucky enough to have that. I think this g... Read More

This was a great opportunity to catch up with everyone and meet new members of staff who were not at previous conferences. Those who tired after their journey to Eastbourne ... Read More

We saved 32 trees in 2013

ESOE has won an award for its recycling efforts! Recycling has become one of the most important issues in terms of the sustainability of our planet and its resources. It is estimated that 3-6 billion trees are cut down each year, this is not great given trees produce the oxygen that we breathe! At ESOE we are cutting the use of paper year by year and recycling everything we can to try and minimise our impact on the environment. All the paper that we do use is recycled as well as glass, bottles, ... Read More

Eastbourne School Of English/Graham Smith Scholarship

Eastbourne School of English would like to announce that it has set up a new scholarship as a tribute to much-loved teacher Graham Smith who sadly and unexpectedly passed away in July 2013.
